It is that time again- to come together and serve our brothers and sisters and make new friends in the process! Last year, over 3000 guests walked thru our doors and enjoyed a free home-cooked from scratch meal, complete with linen-covered tables and attentive service from volunteers that came from all over the city and beyond! Please let all agencies know of this free event, as well as any individuals or families that you feel may benefit from a warm Thanksgiving meal prepared by and served by generous souls. Event takes place at SACRED HEART GYM, 231 Father Rahm Street.

VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE:
Saturday - Sunday, November 22-23:  7AM - 5PM
Monday - Wednesday, November 24-26:  8AM - 6PM
Thursday, November 27:  4AM - 7PM
-  Prep food, cook, clean, organize, decorate, set stations, transform gym into restaurant space, etc.
-  Please bring baseball cap to work in kitchen, otherwise you have to wear hairnet, which we provide; bring apron.


DONATIONS NEEDED:
-  Monetary Donations welcomed, since we can buy from our local vendors.
-  To pre-pay for items with our vendors so we can pick up, please call James at 915.603.8424.  For example, you can pre-pay for a 50 lb. box of potatoes, a case of celery or stuffing or corn, gallons of milk, etc.  This will ensure that we have enough food items that we need and are not left with too many cases of one item.
-  MEAT:  Turkeys (we already have most of what we need- looking for about 50 more)
-  PRODUCE:  POTATOES (600 lbs.), CELERY (5 Cases), ONIONS (200 lbs.)
- CANNED: CORN (25 Cases of 6, #10Cans/Case), WHOLE BLACK OLIVES (12 Cases of 6, #10 Cans/Case), WHOLE GREEN PIMENTO OLIVES (30, 5# Jars),
CRANBERRY SAUCE (8 Cases of 24 cans/case- preferrably cans w/whole cranberries)
-  DAIRY:  EGGS (5 Cases of 15 dz/Case), MILK (50 Gallons), MARGARINE (8 Cases of 30, 1# Bars/Case)
-  BOXED:  MRS. CUBBISON'S CUBED STUFFING (20 Cases of 12 Boxes/Case), JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX (400, 8.5 oz. Boxes)
-  BEVERAGES:  COFFEE (15, 3# tubs), TEA BAGS (8 Cases of 96, 1oz. tea bags/case), BOTTLED WATER (100 Cases of 24-32 bottles/case)
-  COFFEE MATES:  CREAMERS (20 cases of 192 creamers/case), SUGAR (4 Cases of 2000 servings/case); EQUAL (5 Cases of 800 servings/case)
-  SUGAR: 5, 50 lb. sacks
-  PIES:  350 Assorted Pies
-  PLATES/FORKS/KNIVES/SPOONS/NAPKINS/8oz. CUPS/12 oz. cups):  3500 of each, triple amount of napkins
-  DISHWASHING DETERGENT, BLEACH, BATHROOM PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, 30# TRASH BAGS
-  TABLE SETTINGS:  90" Rount Tablecloths, 8' Banquet Tablecloths, Centerpieces
