No parish could function without the support of its parishioners and friends.
Indeed, it is part of how we share our “Time, Talent, and Treasure.” It is true that not everyone can give the same things, however, imagine if everyone who has some connection to Sacred Heart Church here in the Barrio could give at least one of these three things. The blessings for all involved would multiply over the course of a year! Many people are reluctant to volunteer thinking that “they have enough people, they don’t need me.” However, I can tell you that those who have volunteered a little bit of their time go home as changed people. Please contact us so we can set up a time to meet and see where your gifts can best be utilized here at the Church. Thanks ahead of time for your generosity!!
Ninguna parroquia podría funcionar sin el apoyo de sus feligreses y amigos.
Indudablemente es parte de la manera en que compartimos nuestro “Tiempo, Talento y Tesoro”. Es verdad que no todas las personas pueden dar lo mismo, sin embargo, imagínese si todos aquellos que tienen algún tipo de conexión con la Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón pudieran dar al menos una de estas tres cosas. ¡Las bendiciones para todos los involucrados se multiplicarían a lo largo de un año! Muchas personas se niegan a ofrecer sus servicios voluntarios pensando que “ya no me necesitan pues tienen demasiada gente”. Sin embargo, puedo decirle que todos aquellos que ofrecen un poco de su tiempo de manera voluntaria vuelven a casa siendo otros. Díganos cuáles son sus talentos e intereses y podemos hacer una cita para ver cuáles son sus dones y cómo pueden utilizarse aquí en la iglesia. Agradecemos de antemano su generosidad.
